We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to streamline communication and resource flow between our Brand, Digital, Vendors, and Marketing teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that materials and resources are effectively coordinated throughout the various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Brand, Digital, Vendors, and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth workflows and efficient processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on workflow and process best practices, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Schedule and manage production timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standardized procedures to optimize cross-departmental collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between teams, addressing queries and resolving any workflow issues that may arise.
• Monitor project progress and report on any challenges or delays, proactively seeking solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
