Position Overview:

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with our East Region business unit. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our marketing and proposal efforts, ensuring our innovative solutions resonate with clients and set us apart in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and marketing materials.
• Research and analyze industry trends to tailor our approaches and messaging effectively.
• Craft persuasive narratives that align with our strategic goals and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all proposal requirements and submission guidelines.
• Support the preparation and presentation of marketing collateral for various initiatives.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to gather insights and enhance proposal quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, marketing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software is a plus.
