In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create compelling proposals that effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition. You will utilize your expertise in marketing and proposal development to support our strategic goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform proposal strategies.
• Develop and write high-quality, persuasive content for proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in the design and formatting of proposal documents to ensure a professional and cohesive presentation.
• Coordinate with graphic design teams to produce visually appealing and impactful proposals.
• Manage proposal timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time submissions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and proposal development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing and marketing support, preferably within the engineering or architecture sectors.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is a plus.
