Job description: Our client is recruiting for an innovative and results-driven Marketing Specialist. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives that not only drive sales growth but also expand their industry footprint.Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:– Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies aimed at driving sales growth and expanding brand reach.
– Manage Digital and Social Media Presence overseeing social media accounts and website content.
– Implement effective SEO techniques to improve online visibility and attract target audiences.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities, brainstorming new ideas to keep the brand competitive.
– Coordinate and Manage Advertising Budgets developing financial documents for advertising campaigns, including budgets, estimates, and contracts to ensure effective resource allocation.
– Liaise with Key internal and external stakeholders.
– Proactively address challenges and troubleshoot campaigns to maintain momentum and reach goals.
– Measure and Analyze Campaign Success: Gather and analyze customer feedback and campaign data to refine strategies and optimize future performance.
– Craft and refine the brand’s voice, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
– Mentor and guide marketing team members.
– Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed of industry standards and identify areas for differentiation and growth.
– Execute other duties as required.Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, HubSpot & Account Based Marketing) is a plus.
– 3-6 years of experience in marketing handling a variety of marketing duties, overseeing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
– Experience with B2B marketing required preferably in any of the power, energy, or electrical industries a definite asset.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
– Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CRM systems.
– Experience managing marketing budgets, coordinating with external vendors, and negotiating contracts.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content and messaging.
– Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize marketing strategies.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
– Team-oriented with proven experience in mentoring and developing marketing team members.
