Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Visibility and Audience Reach Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on enhancing the visibility of our events and expanding audience reach through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to promote events and increase participation, leveraging the latest best practices in the industry.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Platform Proficiency: Utilize digital marketing platforms such as Marketo (or equivalent) to execute campaigns, manage leads, and track audience interactions effectively.
• Analytics Tools: Employ analytics tools to gather data on audience behavior, measure campaign success, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and landing pages tailored to our target audiences.
• Industry Research: Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our initiatives align with current standards and consumer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (experience with Marketo is a plus).
• Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of content development processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
