In this role, you will empower students to navigate their career paths through personalized guidance, innovative career programs, and strong industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored career counseling to students and alumni, focusing on individual strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
• Develop and implement innovative career services programs that align with current industry trends and employer needs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with businesses and organizations to facilitate internships, job placements, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies to prepare students for the workforce.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career services initiatives, making data-driven improvements as needed.
• Serve as a resource for students and faculty on job market trends and employment opportunities within various industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in career services, counseling, or related educational settings.
• Strong understanding of current job market trends and employer expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student population and industry partners.
