We will count on you to:
- Be a recognized expert in AEM software-based solutions & technologies.
- Provide technical leadership in sophisticated AEM-centric digital marketing solutions.
- Lead solution architecture design, guide and mentor teams to develop high quality solutions.
- Architect and Design scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

What you need to have:
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience with a record of successfully delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities.
- Provide guidance, leadership in planning, and other delivery process activities and implement engagements following the Agile methodology including SCRUM.
- Proficiency of Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology applying Java language constructs.
- Excellent understanding of AEM product suite and Adobe Experience Cloud, including Analytics and Target.
- 2+ years experience in development and migration from other CMS platforms to AEM.
- Extensive experience with REST API design and implementation.
- Experience in leveraging continuous integration and robust build/test automation, with a preference for cross platform stacks (Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, SonarQube).
- Strong analytical skills to be able to manage complex problems using a number of techniques.
- Experience in complex software product delivery in an agile environment.
- Exposure to public cloud technology stack in AWS.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, virtual team-based environment.
