We are seeking a knowledgeable and articulate Mass Tort Attorney to join our dynamic digital marketing team as a legal advocate. In this innovative role, you will leverage your legal expertise to craft compelling narratives and enhance our online presence in the mass tort space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute strategies that promote our mass tort litigation services.
• Create content, including articles, social media posts, and video presentations, that inform and engage potential clients about mass tort cases.
• Serve as a legal expert on-camera, delivering insightful commentary and analysis for live events, webinars, or social media engagements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure that our content is accurate, relevant, and compliant with current laws.
• Work closely with our SEO specialists to optimize content for visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
• Monitor trends in mass tort litigation and digital marketing to identify new opportunities for outreach and client acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active State Bar membership.
• Proven experience in mass tort litigation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present complex legal information in an accessible manner.
• Background in journalism, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Comfort with on-camera appearances and live commentary is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
