Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including menu planning, ordering supplies, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
– Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
– Create and update menus to meet customer preferences
– Order and maintain inventory levels
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Monitor financial performance and report to senior management
– Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of food and beverage trends
– Familiarity with health and safety regulations
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
– Food Safe certification
