Fraud and chargebacks disrupt the entire payments ecosystem, driving both card issuers and merchants to focus on resolving disputes instead of increasing card acceptance and revenue. Ethoca Consumer Clarity (“Clarity”) changes the dialogue, creating a rich environment for issuers and merchants to engage cardholders post-transaction, reducing frustration and driving repeat spend.About the Role:

  • Recommends, and oversees execution of, Product Marketing strategies (including management of all materials and content) to drive adoption and usage; may include developing a global template to influence regional strategies
  • Crafts and recommends product value propositions that are consumer-led, crisp and competitively positioned
  • Lead the creation of a unified brand identity and product narrative for the full Ethoca product suit
  • Discover product bundling opportunities and work with finance and opricing teams to create competitive product pricing
  • Leads event opportunities for Ethoca
  • Translates high-level direction into desired specifications for effective and scalable sales materials and packaging/wrappers for products and bundles
  • Recommends and co-identifies key product, segmentation, and positioning opportunities by leveraging data and insights Recommends a consumer/customer testing plan for concepts and product prototypes
  • Steers integration of product programs with marketing platforms and vice-versa
  • Oversees the creation of sales enablement content in partnership with the the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Supervises a group/team, ensures compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal processes, identifies and coaches top talent within own team

All About You:

  • Developed and implemented formal or informal learning and development programs to improve staff performance and sales team knowledge
  • Led complex cross-functional projects locally
  • Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external stakeholders at the local level
  • Preferred: Expertise in a particular industry vertical gathered from previous work experience or developed from time in MasterCard
  • Preferred: Understanding of global markets from a cultural, regulatory, and infrastructure POV
  • Preferred: Experience in event planning and attendance in a customer facing product commercialization or product marketing role
  • Demonstrated success in identifying insights for a product marketing campaign and leading a team to execute it
  • Demonstrated success in developing product bundles and packaging for new and existing products
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully integrate marketing assets with products and product platforms
  • Experience identifying research needs for a quantitative study resulting in ability to represent the voice of the customer
  • Experience in supervising, coaching, and motivating marketing teams
