Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholder functions, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Research & Development, to create comprehensive strategies that enhance the patient experience.
• Engage with external customers to understand their needs and provide tailored digital healthcare solutions.
• Leverage your knowledge of molecular biology to inform the development and implementation of testing services that support patient management and outcomes.
• Drive initiatives to improve the user journey and ensure seamless integration of digital tools in clinical settings.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in digital health, applying insights to continually refine and enhance our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in digital healthcare solutions and patient care management.
