Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Digital Healthcare Solutions Specialist to join our team, focusing on testing services and innovative digital healthcare solutions for patients throughout the pre- and post-transplant journey. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing patient experiences and outcomes while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Research & Development, as well as external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital healthcare solutions that streamline the pre- and post-transplant process for patients and healthcare providers.
• Provide expert knowledge and support in molecular biology to enhance our service offerings and customer engagement.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to align product strategies, ensuring the needs of the patient journey are met effectively.
• Engage with external customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement within our testing services.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to maintain compliance and adapt our offerings accordingly.
• Facilitate training and support for healthcare professionals on utilizing digital solutions effectively in the transplant process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of molecular biology and its applications in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform service improvements.
• Experience in digital healthcare solutions, particularly related to patient management or transplant services, is a plus.
