We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Digital Healthcare Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on testing services and innovative digital healthcare solutions throughout the pre- and post-transplant patient journey. As a leader in the field, our organization is committed to enhancing patient care and outcomes through cutting-edge technology and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholder functions, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D, to develop and implement effective testing services and digital solutions.
• Engage with external customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of the transplant community.
• Apply your knowledge of molecular biology to inform and refine our healthcare solutions, contributing to the advancement of patient treatment options.
• Support the integration of digital tools throughout the patient journey, from pre-transplant assessments to post-transplant monitoring and care.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that drive innovation and improve service delivery for transplant patients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare services, particularly in transplantation or related fields, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital health solutions and their application in patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
