• Interface with external customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on our solutions, ensuring our offerings align with market demands and enhance patient care.
• Apply knowledge of molecular biology to develop and refine testing methodologies and digital health solutions that support the transplant process.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to innovate new solutions that address gaps in the transplant patient journey.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends to provide insights that guide strategic initiatives in transplant healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Biology, Healthcare, or related disciplines); advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology and its applications in healthcare.
• Experience in transplantation services or digital health solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
