Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Digital Healthcare Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on testing services and digital healthcare solutions throughout the pre- and post-transplant patient journey. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate with internal stakeholder functions, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D, as well as engage with external customers to ensure the effective delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative digital healthcare solutions that enhance patient experiences throughout the transplant process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of product offerings with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to drive product strategy and marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
• Engage with external customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and recommend solutions that improve patient outcomes.
• Stay current on advancements in molecular biology to inform product development and enhance service offerings.
• Support testing services aimed at delivering accurate and timely results for pre- and post-transplant patients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., molecular biology, healthcare, or life sciences).
• Experience in healthcare solutions, particularly in the transplant space, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology principles and their application in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
