Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Digital Healthcare Solutions Specialist to support our comprehensive testing services and digital healthcare solutions throughout the pre- and post-transplant patient journey. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D, while also engaging with external customers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine digital healthcare solutions that enhance patient outcomes in transplant services.
• Engage with external customers to understand their needs and ensure the effective implementation of testing services tailored to the pre- and post-transplant journey.
• Leverage your expertise in molecular biology to inform product development and provide insights that drive innovation.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align project goals, strategies, and deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Support Marketing initiatives by providing scientific and technical knowledge related to our services.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the transplant landscape to adapt our solutions accordingly.
• Train and support staff on new technologies and processes related to digital healthcare in transplantation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in the healthcare or biotechnology sector, particularly within transplant services.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology concepts and their application in clinical settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
