As a leader in the industry, we aim to enhance patient outcomes through innovative technology and collaborative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Research & Development, to develop and enhance digital healthcare solutions that support the transplant patient journey.
• Engage with external customers to understand their needs and provide tailored digital solutions that improve patient experiences and outcomes.
• Utilize your expertise in molecular biology to contribute to the development and implementation of testing services that meet the evolving demands of the healthcare landscape.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our service offerings and ensure alignment with best practices in the transplant field.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept through to execution, ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of molecular biology and its applications in healthcare.
• Experience in digital healthcare solutions, particularly in the context of patient journeys, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage projects and foster collaboration across departments.
