Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Digital Healthcare Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing testing services and innovative digital healthcare solutions throughout the pre- and post-transplant patient journey. As a leader in the field, we partner closely with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D teams—as well as external customers to enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge digital healthcare solutions tailored to the transplant patient journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of services, enhancing overall effectiveness.
• Engage with external customers to gather feedback and improve product offerings based on their needs.
• Utilize knowledge of molecular biology to inform product development and testing services.
• Provide training and support for stakeholders to optimize the use of digital solutions across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (biological sciences, healthcare, etc.); advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in digital healthcare, preferably related to transplant services.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology and its application in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
