Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our digital and corporate marketing initiatives at Partners Federal Credit Union. This role is pivotal in driving our brand presence, enhancing member engagement, and promoting our services through innovative marketing strategies across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the credit union’s goals, emphasizing digital banking and corporate branding.

• Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, search engine marketing, and online advertising.

• Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and improve tracking and analytics.

• Website Management: Oversee content and functionality of our external websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and informative, driving traffic and member interactions.

• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and member engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies and demonstrate the impact of initiatives.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive messaging strategy that resonates with our target audience.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and corporate branding, preferably within the financial services sector.

• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, social media channels, and web analytics tools.
