We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead our branding and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen focus on data-driven decision-making to effectively lead and grow our retail business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding & Copywriting: Craft compelling brand narratives and marketing copy that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement across various channels.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and more to enhance our online presence and attract new customers.
• Marketing Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistency in messaging.
• Strategic Development: Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities within our retail sectors.
• Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and utilize data analytics to refine strategies, improve ROI, and increase overall effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in branding, copywriting, digital marketing, and marketing execution.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
