Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Engagement: Utilize our advanced AI-driven platform to provide personalized support to clients, ensuring a seamless digital experience throughout their home-buying process.

• Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate closely with the TAG TEAM NATION Marketing Machine to craft targeted campaigns, enhance client outreach, and optimize engagement strategies.

• Support Virtual Assistants: Work in tandem with our Virtual Assistants to streamline processes, respond to client inquiries, and foster a supportive environment for clients and team members alike.

• Licensing and Education: Encourage and facilitate company-discounted licensing renewals and continuing education for team members to foster professional growth and expertise in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or customer experience roles.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in real estate preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
