Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly market surveys to assess local rental trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
• Analyze survey data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance our marketing efforts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of effective advertising and marketing strategies for our apartment community.
• Ensure all online marketing sources, including platforms like Craigslist, are updated daily with accurate listings and promotional materials.
• Promote positive resident and management relations to foster a welcoming community and support resident retention efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to create engaging marketing content that resonates with potential residents.

Qualifications:
