Job Description: Marketing and Market Analysis Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Market Analysis Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our apartment community’s visibility and resident satisfaction through comprehensive market surveys, strategic advertising, and effective online marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Surveys and Analysis:

  • Conduct monthly market surveys to gather data on competitive pricing, amenities, and resident demographics.
  • Analyze survey results to inform marketing strategies and adapt resident retention efforts.

• Advertising and Marketing Strategies:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of creative advertising and marketing strategies that align with our goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and visuals to attract potential residents.

• Online Marketing Management:

  • Ensure that all online marketing platforms (e.g., Craigslist, social media, and property websites) are updated daily with current listings, promotions, and community events.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of online campaigns and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.

• Resident Relations:

  • Promote and maintain positive resident and management relations to foster a supportive and welcoming community environment.
  • Address resident inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to improve satisfaction and retention rates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using various online marketing tools and platforms.
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
