Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Market Analysis Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our apartment community through strategic market surveys and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Surveys and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive monthly market surveys to gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitor activities, and resident demographics. Use findings to inform decision-making and improve service offerings.

• Advertising and Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative advertising and marketing strategies aimed at increasing occupancy rates and enhancing brand visibility for our apartment community.

• Online Marketing Management: Ensure that all online advertising platforms (e.g., Craigslist, social media) are consistently updated daily with accurate and compelling content. Monitor and optimize online listings to enhance engagement and attract potential residents.

• Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships between residents and management by addressing resident concerns promptly and effectively. Implement programs and initiatives that promote community engagement and satisfaction to aid in retention efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the property management or real estate sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms and social media management.
