Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
– Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
– Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
– Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
– Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
