Customer Service Representative

$35,000 – $45,000 a year

Your role:

As a member of the dispute resolution team, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients resolving complaints and meeting their expectations for a prompt and thorough resolution.

Key responsibilities may include:

– Providing exceptional customer service to clients
– Resolving complaints and meeting client expectations for a prompt and thorough resolution
– Interacting with clients and potential clients over the phone, email, and face-to-face
– Maintaining client relationships and providing ongoing support
– Following company procedures and maintaining detailed records of client interactions
– Working collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure client needs are met

Key requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
