This role delivers marketing consulting to specialized Private Wealth Professionals, specifically Trust, Estate and Insurance Advisors, to support their entrepreneurial business development via increased client acquisition/loyalty. The role will also be responsible to developing and launching national campaigns for the wider Private Wealth Sales force. These campaigns will drive client acquisition and help build the professionals leads pipeline through the development and execution of marketing materials. The National Marketing Manager will ensure collateral meets brand, legal and compliance requirements for Private Wealth Professionals while also helping to drive regional execution of national strategic initiatives. Materials may include advertising, direct mail campaigns, brochures, sell sheets, postcards, events collateral, in-branch digital screens, web banners, PowerPoint presentations, social media, digital media and websites.
Responsibilities include: working with internal and external partners on creative development and adaptation, approvals and translation requirements for all customized marketing materials and promptly responding to all marketing requests. Successful delivery to the sales field of custom and turnkey solutions in a timely manner.
Program Delivery – 35%
- Develop national marketing campaigns ensuring adherence to BMO branding guidelines
- Regularly update and create posted marketing material on intranet;
- Oversee proper maintenance of records of all projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness and in a manner that complies with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Track performance of executed programs, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop strategic Firm-wide marketing campaigns, and/or specific district / division level campaigns by establishing key targets, tracking results and working with other marketing partners to execute campaigns.
Sales support – 35%
- Oversee the development, implementation and execution of marketing requests for specialized BMO Private Wealth Professionals.
- Stay in constant communication with specialized BMO Private Wealth professionals to ensure timely completion of custom marketing requests.
- Develop and maintain support for specialized BMO Private Wealth professional’s website and social media.
People Management – 10%
- Collaborate with internal partners (i.e. regional business leaders, graphic designs, translation, legal, compliance, regulatory, enterprise brand team) and external partners (i.e. agencies) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects within budget.
Vendor and system Management – 20%
- Manages various external vendor relationships as required
- Develops and maintains various marketing systems and providing field support to users
