You bring creativity to the management table, and you are prepared to adapt while maintaining a strong level of strategic planning on any given day.As a Digital Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, executing and measurement of all math and science product campaigns. Your experience in leading strategic digital messaging campaigns will be used daily as you work closely with areas of the business that include, sales, publishing, operations and systems management. Your attention to detail while maintaining a strategic vision for all campaigns, events and messaging will allow you to have a measurable impact on the math and science portfolios. You will use your rich product knowledge and deep understanding of our customer’s needs to inform the campaigns you develop.You will act as a liaison between our customers and our product development team, relaying customers’ needs and suggestions from both direct interactions and through working with our customer success team, to help inform product development. You will organize focus groups to gather feedback and establish a regular cadence of communication with our internal teams to facilitate knowledge-sharing.You will play a lead role in responding to board-wide tenders for products in the math and science portfolios. You will coordinate amongst internal stakeholders to compile a thorough, clear, concise proposal and ensure all deadlines are met.You will be responsible for ensuring our customer-facing websites have a consistent brand message and a positive user experience.Key Accountabilities
- Develop, lead and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns for math, science and other digital solutions within the K-12 offering.
- Responsible for the measurement and reporting of all campaign results.
- Training of both the sales team and customers. Market implementation is a significant piece of this portfolio. Ability to travel nationally for sales and stakeholder presentations, workshop facilitation, and events throughout the calendar year.
- Conduct webinars as needed for product implementation.
- Plan and execute customer/stakeholder focus groups both virtually and in-person.
- Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, i.e. between sales and customer success team members and product development team members.
- Digital content management including coordinating with web development team to maintain customer-facing landing pages.
- Preparation of sales enablement tools to ensure successful presentations of our products to the market.
- A knowledge of how ministries of education and school boards work across the country and differ from province-to-province.
Requirements
- University Degree or College Diploma required.
- Three+ years’ experience in a digital marketing management role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), analytical skills and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop, implement and measure innovative projects.
- A deep understanding and experience in using or managing platforms that include but are not limited to: BigCommerce, Canva, Salesforce or other CRMs, Pardot and social media platforms, NetSuite, and Jira
- Experience with database analysis and metric-based decision making.
- Must be a highly motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented individual with strong customer focus and customer service-oriented.
- Possess the ability to work in a team environment as well as working independently.
- Strong time-management skills and competency for handling multiple tasks/projects
- Must have a valid license and willingness to travel on a national level.

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
