Job Description: Florida Division Collaborator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to join our team in the Florida Division. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives through close collaboration with the Strategy and Business Development, Finance, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing gate proposals that will undergo review and consideration by Florida leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Strategy and Business Development, Finance, and Marketing to integrate insights and align objectives for proposal preparation.

• Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive gate proposals that articulate strategic opportunities, financial implications, and marketing strategies for presentation to Florida leadership.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discussions and gather input from various teams to ensure proposals are well-rounded and effectively address the needs and goals of the organization.

• Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to inform proposal development, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the Florida market.

• Presentation Preparation: Create and deliver engaging presentations to leadership, highlighting the value and strategic importance of proposed initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in strategy development, proposal writing, or business analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build positive working relationships.
