We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Strategy and Business Development, Finance, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to assess and analyze various programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborative Assessment: Work alongside cross-functional teams to evaluate program performance and outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Proposal Preparation: Develop and refine gate proposals for review and consideration by Florida executive management, incorporating insights and data gathered during the assessment phase.

• Data Analysis: Employ analytical skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and strategic initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication among departments, fostering a collaborative environment focused on program effectiveness and innovation.

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive management, summarizing findings and supporting decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience in program evaluation or project management is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
