Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences for new members? As a New Member Journey (NMJ) Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our new members feel valued and confident in their purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcome: Extend a genuine welcome to new members, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in their decision to join us by providing tailored new member collateral.

• Personalized Communication: Schedule and conduct a 14-day welcome call to check in on their experience, answer questions, and guide them through their new membership benefits.

• Sales Support: Introduce and sell NMJ vacation packages and associated offerings, helping members to maximize their membership value and enjoy unforgettable experiences.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to build rapport and trust with new members
• Sales experience is a plus
