This person is a hands-on worker who will drive the creation of logical models and documentation, and to work with others to design and implement process and tools.Day to Day / Job FunctionPerform development, testing, implementation, documentation within SalesForce.com platform
Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations to other third-party solutions.Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
Be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
Utilize your inter-personal skills and be able to mentor & motivate team members if selected as TLRequired Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in a Salesforce consulting role including completing at least 3 projects end-to-end in a development role
2+ years’ experience in a Salesforce developing custom business logic in Apex, creating Lightning Web Components\Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers
1+ years’ experience with Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, workflow rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, Lookup Relationship, Master-Detail RelationshipPreferred Experience:
Platform App Builder or Platform Developer II Certifications
Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred
Knowledge on Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL
Knowledge of Lightning Application on Aura Framework
Knowledge with Providing Security controllers to users by using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets and OWD Setting
Experience with data migration using Data Loader
Understanding of asynchronous methods like future & batch classes
Understanding of automation tools like process Builder & screen flowsGood on the rest API callout from LWC/apex triggerWorked on the connected app, named, credential, SSO and is possible JIT.Good in async apex as well as lighting flow orchestration and screen flow.Should know basic of the scratch org and github.Worked on LDV projects is add on.
