Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone communications and respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and maintain internal and external correspondence to facilitate effective communication.
- Oversee inventory control by maintaining office supplies and marketing materials, ensuring they are organized and readily available.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials that highlight our services and strengthen our brand presence.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline office processes and enhance overall productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, embodying the values of our organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in office software and technology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
