Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring professional and timely responses to clients and team members.
- Office Support: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and resources, ensuring all materials are readily available to enhance productivity across multiple CLA offices.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in the coordination and distribution of marketing materials, supporting our commitment to field-focused outreach and community engagement.
- Digital Tools: Utilize digital platforms and tools to streamline operations, improve communication, and support our wealth advisory and consulting services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and enhance client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
