Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to support our clients, our people, and our communities through industry-focused wealth advisory services, digital solutions, audit, tax, and consulting. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently across multiple CLA locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Office Maintenance: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Marketing Coordination: Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials to enhance our brand presence and client engagement.
  • Multi-Office Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between multiple CLA offices to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
