Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site training sessions for clients and staff, utilizing effective communication techniques and engaging training materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience in marketing and sales-focused positions, preferably within the agricultural industry.
• Familiarity with John Deere products and their applications is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and materials effectively.
