Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive on-site training sessions focused on our marketing and sales strategies, ensuring comprehensive understanding of our John Deere products.
• Develop and customize training materials to meet the unique needs of various audiences across our sales teams.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms.
• Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve content and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and sales-focused positions, preferably in a training or educational capacity.
• Knowledge of John Deere products and services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
