The technology is proven and ready – they are now seeking a strategic sales leader to drive their next phase of growth.They are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales – either a proven leader or a high-performing Senior AE ready for advancement. This foundational role combines building the sales function, shaping strategy, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated revenue generation experience and team building capabilities, ready to make significant impact in a high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Leadership

  • Execute GTM strategy for B2B SaaS growth across healthcare, aged care, security, and defense
  • Lead complete enterprise sales cycle targeting C-suite, IT, Operations, and Security leaders
  • Build and manage high-performance sales team (SDRs and AEs)

Strategy & Process Development

  • Optimize ICP targeting and pricing strategies
  • Create sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and customer success teams
  • Drive market expansion in Australia, Singapore, and beyond

Partnership Development

  • Build strategic partnerships
  • Develop and maintain key accounts
  • Lead outbound initiatives for market growth

Required Qualifications:Professional Experience

  • 5+ years as Director/Head of Sales or Senior AE
  • Background in deep-tech, AI, IoT, or enterprise software
  • Track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals
