As a Property Consultant for Westgate Resorts, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our Marketing Team, playing a crucial role in promoting our diverse range of vacation properties. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential guests, providing them with comprehensive information about our offerings while fostering a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: Actively engage with prospective guests both in-person and over the phone, answering inquiries and showcasing the benefits of Westgate Resorts.
• Sales Support: Assist in promoting various vacation packages, upselling amenities, and converting inquiries into bookings.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed about current promotions, resort features, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our properties.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, ensuring a personalized approach to their vacation planning.
• Feedback and Reporting: Gather and relay customer feedback to the Marketing Team to enhance marketing strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications:
