Job Overview:

As a Property Consultant, you will serve as the frontline representative for the Westgate Resorts Marketing Team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential guests and property owners, promoting our exceptional vacation ownership opportunities and resort experiences. You will leverage your interpersonal skills and product knowledge to build rapport with clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and guidance throughout their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, in-person meetings, and events.
• Provide in-depth knowledge about Westgate’s properties, amenities, and vacation ownership programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential guests, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall company goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
