As a Property Consultant, you will be the frontline representative for the Westgate Resorts Marketing Team, playing a crucial role in connecting potential clients with our exceptional vacation ownership opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective guests, providing them with detailed information about our diverse range of properties and the benefits of vacation ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Actively interact with potential clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and online platforms, to promote Westgate’s offerings.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Westgate Resorts’ products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns and referrals, to drive sales opportunities.
• Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs, tailoring presentations and product offerings accordingly to maximize conversion rates.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Administration: Complete necessary documentation and follow up on leads in a timely manner to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in customer service or sales roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of vacation ownership or real estate is a plus.
