Position: Off Property Consultant (OPC)

As a Westgate Resorts Off Property Consultant (OPC), you will serve as the vital link between prospective customers and our esteemed Marketing Team. Your primary responsibility is to engage with potential guests outside of our properties, capturing their interest and introducing them to the exceptional vacation experiences that Westgate Resorts has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations with potential guests in various locations to build rapport and generate interest in Westgate Resorts’ offerings.

• Promotional Outreach: Distribute marketing materials and provide information about resort packages, special offers, and vacation experiences.

• Lead Generation: Capture leads by encouraging potential guests to attend presentations at our resorts, effectively communicating the value of the experience.

• Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers by addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

• Feedback Collection: Gather insights from interactions to assist the Marketing Team in refining strategies and improving offerings.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing professionals to effectively coordinate outreach efforts and share best practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.
