Job Description: Off Property Consultant (OPC)

As a Westgate Resorts Off Property Consultant (OPC), you will serve as a vital representative for our Marketing Team, engaging directly with potential guests and introducing them to the exceptional experiences that Westgate Resorts has to offer. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engagement: Interact with prospective guests in various locations, effectively communicating the benefits and offerings of Westgate Resorts.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations, building rapport, and sharing enticing information about our properties and services.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in marketing events and outreach programs, showcasing Westgate’s unique vacation opportunities while actively promoting special offers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to align on strategies, share insights from the field, and achieve collective goals in lead generation and brand awareness.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and guiding potential guests toward making informed decisions about their vacation plans.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry
