Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
• Assist in the Talent Acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and strategies by providing insights and supporting content creation, social media management, and brand promotion activities.
• Work with the Information Technology department to streamline processes, enhance system efficiencies, and support the implementation of new technologies.
• Participate in associate training and development programs, ensuring a holistic approach to employee growth.
• Foster a collaborative workplace environment that encourages innovation and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary setting.
