Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Portfolio and Educational Programs Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our product offerings and developing comprehensive educational programs that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our product portfolio. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs to inform product strategy.

• Educational Programs Development: Design and execute educational programs that promote our products and enhance customer knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with industry standards.

• Sales Plan Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales plans that drive revenue growth and market share. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between product offerings and sales strategies.

• Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to position our products effectively in the marketplace. Utilize various marketing channels to reach target audiences and promote educational initiatives.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of products and educational programs, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness and ROI.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product promotion and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in product management, sales, and educational program development.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
