We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing your assigned sales territory, driving revenue growth through effective time management and strategic planning. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
- Manage your time effectively to maximize customer engagement and ensure follow-up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the territory.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in promotion plans and campaign execution.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products.
Experience, Education, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in territory management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter who is motivated by results and is comfortable working independently.
