Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
– Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Documenting all customer interactions and transactions
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Assisting with general office tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
