Job Description: Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on creating visually impactful graphics that include large-format posters, banners, wall murals, floor and fleet graphics, as well as promotional signage. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our clients to develop compelling visual content that aligns with their marketing and advertising goals, ultimately helping to drive their sales and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality large format graphics, including posters, banners, wall murals, and floor/fleet graphics.
• Create promotional signage that captures attention and communicates key messages effectively.
• Work closely with clients to understand their brand, vision, and goals, ensuring that the graphics align with their marketing strategies.
• Develop innovative concepts and graphic designs that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, specifically with large format printing and promotional materials.
• Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and how to develop graphics that meet client objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
