As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests’ experience from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Promoting Marketing Programs: Engage and inform guests about our current marketing initiatives, special offers, and upcoming events to enhance their stay and encourage repeat visits.

• Providing Welcome Packets: Prepare and distribute welcome packets that contain essential information, including our services, amenities, and local attractions to help guests make the most of their time with us.

• Room Orientation: Ensure that each guest knows the exact location of their room and assist them with their luggage as needed, promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

• Communication Skills: Utilize your proficiency in English and other languages to assist guests effectively and ensure they feel cared for.

• Digital Literacy: Be proficient in using digital tools and platforms to streamline check-in processes and maintain guest records.

• Career Development Support: Assist guests by providing information on local educational and career development resources, such as high school completion programs, professional certificates, and English-language learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on English language proficiency.

• Familiarity with digital literacy and basic computer usage.

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a welcoming experience.
