Job Description: Outbound Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls utilizing our automated dialer technology. Your primary objective will be to engage with Bluegreen Owners and Expired Sampler guests, promoting and facilitating the sales of vacation package purchases. This is a critical position that directly impacts our business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Management: Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively, engaging with potential customers through our automated dialer system.
• Sales Promotion: Promote and sell vacation packages to Bluegreen Owners and Expired Sampler guests, using persuasive communication techniques.
• Customer Engagement: Develop positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our vacation offerings, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on individual sales metrics, striving to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our sales strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to share insights, strategies, and best practices for successful sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable using technology, including automated dialing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or hospitality is a plus.
